Beat Bungalow is a modest size, residential photography location with multiple background options -and plenty of privacy.

BB works best with small crew shoots, such as portrait and cocktail culture photography, instructional video productions, castings and interviews. The past guests include Netflix, A+E Networks, Dice Magazine, TV pilot and music video productions.

The total indoor+outdoor space apprx. 1300 sq. ft., includes:

- "bar/private club" with a commercial bar top

- "library"

- "wood paneled wall"

- "workshop"

- "tropical" outdoor area.

Hand painted backdrop canvases, period furniture, alternative bar looks (dive, craft cocktail etc) neon signs + related props are available for additional fees, as well as small grip gear package.

​

24/7 access for small crew still photography shoots.

​

Bathroom with a shower.

Shoots with crews more than 5 persons are considered on case by case basis and need to be booked thru our Peerspace listing only.
